Join the Women's Centre for Yoga sessions every Thursday in March! That's a one hour session every Thursday at 4pm. Cost to sign up for all of these classes is only $20, which comes to only $5 per session.

You must pay in advance and register with the Women's Centre to take part in these classes.

If you've got something on your mind, come talk about it at DIALOGUE, an ongoing discussion group series about all of the above mentioned women's issues and more. DIALOGUE is an opportunity to meet like-minded women, have your say, and be informed so you can take effective action. All DIALOGUE events take place in the Women's Centre which is a safe and accepting environment.
Discussion topics, dates, and times will be announced in newsletters, email, and facebook throughout the year. We encourage discussion topic suggestions in advance. All self-identified women, including trans women, are welcome.
